I have not received my order. and is not helped by customer service! read the order conditions carefully because the webshop does not provide refunds or compensation if your package is lost. customer-unfriendly webshop:(

We agree with you. We urge all customers to read the terms and conditions carefully. This way it is an agreement between two parties rather than unfriendly customer service. We are sorry if you find that customer service is not helpful. However, we have contacted Mondial Relay. It has happened before that they have lost track of some parcels, and for those they have not found, they have issued a refund. So, it would be better to wait rather than blame us and Mondial Relay. You suggest taking another carrier in the future but you already had this option when you ordered. You have chosen delivery in a relay point. Once again, everyone is free to accept or not the conditions of sale. Those who do not accept them can buy elsewhere. Also note: although we are not responsible for any loss on the part of the carrier, this does not prevent us from making refunds if we wish. And we usually do. You will be contacted once Mondial Relay has completed the investigation. Hoping for a favourable outcome in this matter bi fadlillah. Baraka Allahu fikum

essalamu alaikoem, as you can read in my review I warn other buyers about the order conditions. so I am certainly aware of it and want to prevent other sisters from becoming victims of it as well. my package has been gone for almost 4 weeks? MOdial Relay will of course not declare the package lost because they will then have to make a refund to you. So conclusion: package lost, webshop does not feel liable and neither does the carrier. so far the customer has lost his money, in the reviews there are similar reviews about this so I am certainly not the first. maybe an idea to take a different courier than mondial relay in the future. barak allahu feek

So far, Al hamdu Llilah, we have never had a problem with our customers. We just have to wait until your package is declared lost and then we will find a solution in cha ALLAH. You have accepted our terms and conditions of sale before buying from us which state that we are not responsible for any theft or loss that may occur on the part of the carrier as we have sent your packages. We have contacted Mondial Relay, an investigation is underway, your package is not yet reported lost so we can not make any commercial gesture for the moment because it may be that your package is found and shipped to your home.
