Order:

After receipt of payment, you will receive a first email confirming the preparation of your order.

Your parcel will be shipped within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will then receive a second email containing the necessary tracking information for your parcel, in sha Allah.

Shipments are made via Mondial Relay, Colissimo, Chronopost, or UPS.

Delivery times with Mondial Relay:

– 3 to 5 business days after drop-off at the relay point.

Delivery times with Colissimo, Chronopost, and UPS:

Mainland France: 48 hours

Flash Sale:

We do not accept exchanges or refunds except in cases where the item is defective.

Item colors:

We do our best to ensure that the colors shown in our photos are as close to reality as possible. We do not add any filters. However, depending on the lighting, slight differences may be noticeable.

I have a problem with my order after receiving it. What should I do?

You have a MAXIMUM of 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to file a complaint. To do so, please contact us via the form on the “Contact” page and we will be happy to assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

– If the error is on our part (missing item, defect, mistake, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs and a refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days.

– If you wish to return a compliant product for an exchange or a refund, the return shipping costs will be at your expense. Additionally, an amount of €1.90 per product will be charged to cover inspection and reconditioning fees.

– All item returns must be made via Colissimo with signature confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: Each returned item will be inspected. To have the return accepted, the following conditions must be strictly met:

  • The complaint must be made within a MAXIMUM of 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel.
  • For ready-to-wear items, the product must not have been worn or washed, only tried on.
  • Original tags and packaging must still be present and intact.
  • The product must not be returned damaged in a way that would prevent it from being resold.

A decision to REFUSE a refund or exchange may be made if any of these conditions are not met.

Refund:

It is possible to obtain a refund for a product through our customer service. Please note that the fees charged by PayPal or Stripe during the transaction, covering purchase protection on their respective platforms, cannot be refunded.

!DAR AL IMAN DISCLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY!:

In the event of loss, theft, or damage to the parcel by the carrier, we are not responsible. If the carrier issues a refund, we will forward it to you. Otherwise, we will not be able to compensate for the carrier’s error.
