After receipt of payment, your order will be processed as quickly as possible by our team in sha Allah.

Shipments are made every Tuesday and Friday via Mondial Relay or Colissimo.

You will then receive a first email confirming the preparation of the package as well as a second email when sending it and all the necessary information to track your package.

Delivery time at Mondial Relay:

– 3 to 5 working days after the drop-off at a relay point.

Delivery time at Colissimo:

Metropolitan France: 48h

We do not make any exchange or refund unless the item has a defect.

Item colors:

We do our best to ensure that the colors represented in our photos are as close as possible to reality. We do not add any filters. However, depending on the lights, a slight difference can be noticed.

I have a problem with my order after receipt what should I do?

– If the error comes from us a forgetting, a faulty article or an apparent defect, please contact us via the "Contact" page form and we will be happy to help you and resolve the problem as soon as possible.


– It is possible to return or exchange a product received.

However, there are conditions.

If the error comes from us as quoted above we cover the return costs and a refund or exchange will be made within 14 days.

If you want a simple return and refund but the product is compliant, the cost of ports of return will be your responsibility.

The refund will be made within 14 days after verification of the item.

Here are some conditions for your return to be accepted and made properly:

– The claim must be made MAXIMUM within 14 days from the date of receipt of your package.

– For ready-to-wear, the item in question must not have been worn or washed only tried.

– The original labels and packaging must still be present and intact.

– The product must not come back damaged so that it can be offered again for sale.

A decision of REFUS to refund or exchange can be made if one of these conditions is not met.

CAREFUL: Each item after return will be checked.


It is possible to get a full refund of the product through our customer service as mentioned before. However, we do not reimburse the cost of protecting the purchase of the platform because it is independent of us, and it is this platform that has received these costs.


In case of loss, theft or breakage on the part of the carrier, we are not responsible. If the carrier makes a refund we will send it to you, otherwise we will not be able to compensate the error of the carrier.
